 Some of Mbark’s past projects

At the heart of each Mbark project is the simple and successful philosophy that ‘you are the priority’. Take a look below to see how some of the past projects continue to be enjoyed by their communities.

The Arbour, Berry

Completed in 2013, The Arbour retirement community is located in the historic township of Berry. The project included the masterplanning and development of 113 freestanding homes and associated residents facility (housing a gym, indoor heated pool, library and cinema). Complementing the homes was an extensive landscaping and tree planting programme that includes street embellishments, pocket parks and water features.

The Arbour was awarded as the best retirement village development nationally by the Property Council of Australia, as well as other best in class recognitions by the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Mbark continues to own and manage The Arbour, Berry community.
